However he might be using a game maker type tool. I think the most best flash programmer in terms of original content was Horbart Star. However nowadays they have some a couple of tools. The nice part about Flash is that you do not need so much knowledge to make a game. Most of it is "X-rated" stuff but beyond that I have seen some creative stuff.
